Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall performance of inventory across the division and will have primary divisional responsibility for the relationship with CHI’s distribution vendor. Responsible for maintaining optimal inventories throughout the division and validating accurate accounting consistent with CHI standards. Leads product conversions. Oversees the annual physical inventory count. Coordinates all recall procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Monitors and is accountable for overall inventory performance for all facilities in division

  • Manages relationship with the distribution vendor, ensuring strong rapport and efficient/timely delivery of needed supplies

  • Ensures all facilities in division achieve optimal inventory levels, organizing the reallocation of products if areas show signs of overstocking or understocking

  • Supports and validates comprehensive and accurate inventory accounting consistent with CHI standards

  • Initiates and oversees annual physical inventory counts, developing relevant reports and presentations

  • Coordinates recall processes and procedures for a given division

  • Collaborate with counterpart CHI Coordinators to identify solutions in the event of backorders or recalls

  • Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications

Education/Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or closely related field

Two (2) or more years’ experience within Supply Chain, Finance, or Accounting, or closely related field

Or an equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and education that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Pay Range

$26.51 - $38.44 /hour
