Overview
As our House Supervisor RN at CHI St. Vincent, you will help our patients and nursing staff receive the highest quality care so they can achieve optimal health outcomes.
Every day you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for patient safety, and ensure operational efficiency. You will be expected to manage patient flow, resolve issues, and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work as a team member or team leader..

Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
Advocate for patient safety and quality care.
Manage patient flow, bed assignments, and staffing levels.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and hospital leadership.
Identify and resolve issues related to patient care, staffing, and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Arkansas
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Four years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting or three years demonstrated leadership as a charge nurse.

Pay Range
$35.12 - $50.92 /hour
