Responsibilities

All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization. The person doing this job is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner with respect and dignity. In keeping with the Dignity Health core values and under the direction of Director of Materials Management the Project Coordinator will provide support and coordination for various departmental projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for invoice resolution multiple system oversite including Lawson/Asset Tracking/Temp Monitoring/recall notices. The Project Coordinator will also be utilized as backup support for CDM charges and perform payroll functions as needed. Will also have responsibility for reviewing storage of hospital records and identifying records for potential destruction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience inMaterials Management or Accounts Payable within a healthcare organization.

  • Three (3) years experience in invoice resolution working with requisitioners vendors and Accounts Payable.

Pay Range

$27.77 - $40.27 /hour
