Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients. Provides training and/or supervision to staff physical therapy assistants and therapy aides.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hospital Based: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience; evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence. Manages audits, feedback on evaluations, and precepts. Homecare Based: Three (3) to nine (9) years of experience.

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

  • Current California license in Physical Therapy.

  • Current CPR.

  • Must have current California driver's license, clean driving record with proof of liability insurance for automobile.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range

$44.73 - $64.85 /hour
