Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As our Manager of Imaging Services at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you’ll lead the diagnostic imaging department and team by ensuring all policies and procedures meet our standards of practice. Each day, you'll lead the imaging department with oversight of operational budgeting, staffing, delivery of care, and equipment oversight. You will be expected to collaborate with other members of leadership to continually enhance performance management.

To be successful in this role you’ll need previous experience developing plans for different types of diagnostic radiology equipment and mentoring team members / direct reports. You’ll also rely on your ability to solve complex problems should they arise.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience and two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field required.

Required Licensure:

  • Certified technologist CA state licensure required.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

$49.20 - $71.34 /hour
