Premier Cardiac Surgery group adding an outpatient Nurse Practitioner in East Sacramento!

Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more than 500 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add an outpatient Nurse Practitioner to its busy CardioThoracic (CT) Program. Our clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation’s Mercy Medical Group locations throughout Sacramento.

Compensation Range: $135,000 - $180,000 / Year

MMG is a large multi-specialty medical group of 500+ providers comprised of primary care physicians, specialists in more than 30 medical and surgical specialties, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. These professionals provide seamless primary and specialty care, working together to meet the unique needs of each individual patient.

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Mercy Medical Group is aligned with Dignity Health, operating on a medical foundation model. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient clinical care to post-surgical patients, patient education and follow-up, and responding to patient questions on a variety of medical issues. This opportunity is full-time with no call requirement, no weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • Training from an accredited NP program

  • Possession of CA licensure

  • DEA, Furnishing License

  • ACLS and BLS certifications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Priority is given to candidates with at least 1 year or more clinical experience in Cardiology, Wound Care, and/or Cardiac Critical Care experience

Pay Range

$65.00 - $87.00 /hour
