Dignity Health Interventional Pain Management Physician in Prescott Valley, Arizona

Dignity Health Medical Group a Multi-specialty Group (Cardiology, Neurology, Primary Care, Geriatric, GI, Urology and others) which includes a well-established Primary Care service line with strong built-in referral base is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician.

Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Duties include identifying the source of a patient's pain, whether it's from surgery, injury, metabolic problems, cancer, or the nervous system.

  • Conduct specialized tests, prescribe medication, and may perform surgery or a procedure for a patient.

  • Evaluate patient's vital signs, medical histories allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors.

  • Working with a medical team to design a patient's treatment plan.

  • Maintaining detailed notes on patient diagnosis and treatment.

  • Communicating continuing care instructions with care team

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Completion of a residency in medicine

  • Current BC/BE

  • Valid state medical license as MD or DO

  • Valid DEA certificate

  • New grad or experienced

Pay Range

$185.50- $210.00 /hour)
