Responsibilities

This position is also responsible for managing the Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work programs for YRMC.

Develops coordinates and provides employee health wellness and preventive health services as well as health education and guidance to all employees.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Two years of clinical nursing experience

  • RN CT CPRBLS

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Two years of Employee Wellness/Health Nurse experience

  • previous Work Comp or Employee Safety experience is preferred

  • Electronic medical record experience strongly preferred

Pay Range

$36.96 - $53.60 /hour
