Provides administrative support to the Vice President, Nursing, Market Director, Clinical Education, and regional resource for Center for Clinical Practice (CFCP) department, performing a wide variety of complex administrative duties independently to assist in project and strategic objective completion. Coordinates special projects related to the administration of programs for the VP, Nursing, Market Director, Clinical Education, and the CFCP team. Coordinates the activities of the Regional Resource for Clinical Practice in areas of common interest and involvement.

Responsibilities

Clinical Project Coordinator

Location: CHI Health Conference Center, Papaillion, NE

  1. Provides project assistance to the VP, Nursing, Market Director, Clinical Education, and the regional resource for CFCP staff to complete assigned projects. Gathers data and information, and performs analysis to lead to conclusions and recommendations on assigned projects. Ensures timely follow-up on assigned projects.

  2. Prepares presentations and reports as requested. Synthesizes information to create graphical and text presentations. Maintains proficiency with graphical, analytical and other software as needed to create meaningful presentations and reports.

  3. Prepares project reports, financial and statistical reports, surveys, questionnaires, speech materials, graphical portrayals, power points and similar documents. Initiates and maintains standardized reports as assigned and agreed upon, including such things as budget reconciliation, committee meeting minutes, and Regional Resource for Clinical Practice tracking.

  4. Communicates with internal and external audiences, including physicians, to obtain information or otherwise assist in project completion.

  5. Responds to calls and visits from internal and external customers. Assesses urgency of situation and suggests appropriate referrals or resources if necessary.

  6. Assists with CFCP related activities including entering information in to the Learning Management system, management of rosters, and data collection and collation.

  7. Provides administrative support, research and gathers information as appropriate on special projects assigned requiring follow-through with Nursing Leaders, and Service Line and Operations Leaders. Ensures timely follow-up on all pending items.

  8. Manages meeting schedules for the CFCP, understanding priorities and appropriate focus on the day and week. Ensures that all materials required are provided and finalized in advance of each meeting.

  9. Performs administrative support functions to assist the Vice President, Market Director, and CFCP department staff on essential activities.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED Certification

Pay Range

$16.26 - $22.36 /hour
