CHI Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, includes 150+ clinics delivering quality care to patients across Nebraska and southeast Iowa. Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provides virtual patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.

  • Accepts inbound communication such as calls from patients, pharmacies and other healthcare entities.

  • Performs outbound calls to notify patients of reviewed lab and imaging results according to protocols.

  • Contributes to telephone triage process by utilizing evidence based triage protocols and provider direction.

  • Contributes to patient and family education about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions per provider direction.

  • Follows medication refill protocols and acts accordingly to those protocols.

  • Ensures accurate patient documentation.

  • Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school

  • Current RN license in the state(s) in which virtual care is provided

Pay Range

$23.98 - $34.78 /hour
