Laboratory Technical Coordinator - Clinical Laboratory Services

Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Laboratory Technical Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.
Responsibilities
Providing technical support to laboratory staff.
Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
Ordering and managing laboratory supplies.
Preparing and maintaining laboratory documentation.
Assisting with the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of work.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical or biological science as defined by CLIA.
2 years clinical lab experience in the designed lab area/specialty
Skilled multi-tasker, clear communicator, and active listener who knows the right questions to in order to understand the teams’ needs.
Medical Tech License or CLS License required.
Fire Safety Card required. (must obtain within 90 days of start date).
Pay Range
$46.76 - $67.80 /hour
