Responsibilities
The Disaster Preparedness Coordinator will assist in all emergency management duties. Will interface with hospital staff & management as well as HPP Grant Program participants and local Dignity Health Emergency Management Program representative. Must be able to travel to HPP Grant / DRC meetings.
Qualifications
One year hospital experience Emergency Management and Disaster Preparedness.
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
FIRESAFETY - Within 90 days of hire
Familiarity with Hospital Incident Command Systems, Mass Casualty Triage, ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800
Familiarity with HAZMAT gear and HAZWOPER standards of Emergency Management
Preferred/Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or Emergency Management
Decontamination Team experience.
Pay Range
$38.64 - $56.03 /hour
