ARIZONA GENERAL HOSPITAL

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, installing and replacing hospital equipment as directed on work requests. Provides support for other Maintenance personnel as required. Performs routine maintenance on following systems: Plumbing, Electrical, Patient Beds, HVAC and Refrigeration

  • Completes work requisitions assigned. Repairs, installs, replaces, and makes changes only as directed on work requests or as directed by supervisor/manager.

  • Completes Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work requests as assigned (training and/or education to be provided by Manager of Plant Maintenance or designee).

  • Provides support for other Maintenance personnel as required.

  • Provides training for other Maintenance personnel in areas of expertise requested by Supervisor or Manager of Plant Maintenance.

  • Performs routine rounds as requested and monitors necessary equipment and conditions.

  • Performs routine maintenance on following systems: Plumbing, Electrical, Patient Beds, HVAC, Refrigeration and Fire Prevention Equipment.

  • Works well without direct supervision

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Two (2) years experience in one or more of the following skilled positions: Electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Pay Range

$22.95 - $33.28 /hour
