As a Charge RN at Arizona General Hospital, you will provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff directing patient flow assuring appropriate utilization of resources and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients.
Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee will support the organizations strategic plan and the goals and direction of the hospital wide performance improvement plan.

Two years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty
ADN, diploma or foreign equivalent
Previous experience with personal computers
Current AZ or compact state RN license
Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
Current American Heart Association ACLS
Charge Nurse experience
