Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
Provides comprehensive health assessment and services to CHI Health employee’s. Assisting to maintain healthy and productive workforce, by providing exceptional quality services and customer services to employee’s of CHI Health.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Utilize nursing skills to assess the health of workers
Performs testing procedures and initiates appropriate interventions and referrals.
Assesses and recognizes symptoms of acute illness and refers for appropriate treatment.
Assesses physical and emotional needs of employees and intervenes appropriately.
Serves as a liaison between employees and the medical community.
Documents all information related to injuries and assists in the processing of Workers’ Compensation claims.
Enters data related to services provided.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BSN or BSN must be obtained within 5 years of hire
Valid RN license in the state you are working
1 year of RN experience preferred
Pay Range
$23.81 - $34.53 /hour
