$1,500 Sign-On Bonus will be offered with a one (1) year commitment.
Responsibilities
As our Nutrition Assistant I - Utility area, you will interact daily with patients, families, visitors, and staff. You understand that most guests at our facility dine with us for a reason, and take great pride in giving them one less thing to worry about. Every day, you will provide nutritious food to patients, families, visitors, and staff to help promote their health and healing. You will follow the standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures for the healthcare food service industry, which includes monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage processes. You will collaborate with the facility staff to ensure optimal nutritional care in all healthcare food service operations while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff. Ensures all food handling areas are sanitized and disinfected for the safety of employees, patients, and guests.
Washing dishes, cleaning tables and counters, and sweeping and mopping floors.
Discarding trays, carts and returning carts from the floors.
Lifting and carrying heavy containers and equipment.
Supports team members in all areas of food services including cashier, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, food storage, etc.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure and Certification Required:
- Food Handlers Permit is required within 30-days of Hire.

Pay Range
$12.00 - $13.41 /hour
