Responsibilities
Office Based Only Position:
The Advanced Practice Provider will work independently seeing high risk breast patients, genetic counseling, and navigating existing breast cancer patients. Core components of this position include doing pre and post op care on breast surgery patients. No procedures and no call duties required.
Qualifications
Requirements include:
Graduate from a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
Preference for candidates with at least two years in oncology
Licensed in the state of Washington as a P.A or ARNP by the time of employment
Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
EPIC experience is preferred

Pay Range
$62.75 - $70.20 /hour
