Position located at the Glenwood Campus

Responsibilities
This position is accountable for the employee health programs at one or more assigned facilities. The overall objective is to promote and maintain the health and safety of employees in an efficient and cost effective manner while maintaining confidentiality of services and records. The EH nurse acts as an advocate for the employee by ensuring access to employee health services and to other available programs that directly correlate to the wellbeing and safety of the employee while performing job duties at a CommonSpirt Health facility.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Preferred: Bachelors in Nursing (BSN)
2 years of RN clinical experience
Preferred: Employee or occupational health experience
Required Licensure and Certifications
Registered Nurse (RN) multistate license
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Effective assessment, critical thinking, planning and implementation skills
Ability to adapt, effective decision making and flexibility
General office skills, computer experience including but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, e-mail, Internet, fax machine, copy machine and various audio visual equipment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to set priorities, effectively coordinate multi-disciplinary care based on the needs of healthcare workers
Ability to appropriately and effectively delegate
Knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, sources and availability of information sufficient to perform the duties of the position
Knowledge of vaccines and immunization skills
Ability to implement and apply governing agency requirements relating to healthcare workers
Pay Range
$27.70 - $40.17 /hour
