As the System Vice President Talent, Learning & Capabilities Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through transformative journeys and driving successful talent and learning initiatives and in shaping and nurturing a positive employee experience across CommonSpirit. Reporting to the System Senior Vice President of Talent, Learning & Capabilities, you will lead a team of Talent & Learning practitioners who will partner closely with HR Operations leaders in delivering Talent, Learning & Capability support and services tailored to our clients' unique needs to advance business outcomes. Leveraging your expertise in organizational development, change management, organizational design, and leader and team effectiveness, you will drive innovation, thought leadership, and value creation to help our organization thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities

Practice Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for the Talent, Learning & Capabilities Delivery Practice, aligning service offerings with market trends, client needs, and business objectives.

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive organizational transformation and performance improvement, ensuring scalability and usability by regionally-aligned practitioners

Client Engagement & Consultation:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, senior executives and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, understanding strategic priorities, and proactively partnering to solve challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact and results-oriented engagements at both regional and enterprise-levels, including organizational assessments, culture diagnostics, organizational design, change management initiatives, targeted leadership development programs, and team effectiveness interventions.

  • Partner with HR Operations Leaders at regional and enterprise levels to build high-performing teams, provide executive and team coaching, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and lead team effectiveness initiatives.

  • Provide strategic consultation and coaching to senior executives focused on executive effectiveness, leader and team coaching, team assessments and workshops, and leader integration.

Change Readiness Assessment:

  • Conduct change readiness assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and resilience to change.

  • Identify potential barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Analyze the impact of change initiatives on various stakeholders and business units.

Talent Management Planning:

  • Develop regional talent management plans outlining activities, timelines, tracking and reporting.

  • Define communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging to all stakeholders.

  • Deploy mechanisms for measuring the effectiveness of talent management efforts.

Implementation and Execution:

  • Coordinate the execution of talent, learning & employee experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall talent strategy.

  • Monitor progress and track milestones to ensure timely implementation of talent, learning & employee experience.

  • Address issues and barriers that arise during the implementation process.

Leadership and Capability Building:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to leaders, managers, to build their leadership capabilities.

  • Facilitate training workshops and deploy resources to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to perform successfully in their roles.

Organization Design Development:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive organization design approach aligned with the change management strategy and organizational goals and objectives.

  • Define the vision, scope, and approach for organization design engagements across the enterprise.

  • Identify key stakeholders and partners that will be integral to achieving successful organization design across the enterprise

Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of regional TLC Delivery efforts and track progress against objectives.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in practices.

  • Establish consulting communities of practice and introduce other educational opportunities to ensure consultants remain current in the latest trends, research, and practices to remain relevant and forward-thinking as practitioners

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred (e.g., OD certification, coaching certification).

-10 years of experience in organizational development consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements and driving business results for clients across diverse industries.

Required Minimu m Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:

-Strong expertise in organizational diagnostics, change management, leadership development, culture transformation, and team effectiveness.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and key stakeholders.

-Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and talent development.

-Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation, growth, and excellence in organizational development consulting.

Position is eligible for incentive pay based on company performance.

Pay Range

$80.77 - $113.07 /hour
