Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
The manager of Neuromedical Services is responsible for all aspects of the Sleep and EEG departments operations including leadership involvement and growth with staff. Development of Interpersonal skill set with each Sleep Physicians and each referring provider. Close collaboration with Director and SVC focusing on growth and services. Leader of daily operations in both Sleep and Neuromedical.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Clinical Practice and resolution of patient care issues.
Integration of Mission and Values in each area of care.
Liaison and senior clinical associate
Budget Development and management
Maintain Productivity within CHI guidelines
Staff and Program Development
Marketing rounding schedule
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education (for CHI Leadership Job Levels from Supervisor through President)
Sys/Div/Mkt/Local Manager – Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Master’s Degree and no experience
Required Licensure and Certifications
Tenn. Polysomnographic Technologist licensure – RPSGT by BRPT – BLS certification
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
At least 4 year’s experience in Polysomnography in an AASM Accredited Sleep Center, MWT, and MSLT testing. 3 years’ work experience as a RPSGT including staging and scoring by AASM guidelines, Adolescent and adult experience, and all modes of therapeutic care.
Pay Range
$35.12 - $50.92 /hour
