Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, the Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Plans, directs, manages/conducts, and evaluates educational activities and programs to include general nursing mandatory education and orientation. In addition, he/she serves to provide support and direction for patient management and standards for quality patient care.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
CA RN License
BLS from American Heart Association
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within three years of date of hire.
PALS, ACLS, ACLS Instructor, BLS Instructor within 6 months of date of hire.
PALS Instructor required within 3 years.
Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Pay Range
$43.37 - $68.25 /hour
